Scope
DAO MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LIMITED (“DAO”, “we”) operates www.daomusic.com and the Partner Portal at partners.daomusic.vn. These terms govern access to and use of these platforms, together with our Privacy & Cookies and Copyright policies.
Information and service agreements
The website introduces DAO’s activities and services. Sending an enquiry or demo, or registering an account, does not by itself create a service agreement, artist representation relationship or release commitment.
Exploitation rights, fees, revenue shares, payments and commercial obligations are established through a valid agreement. A separate agreement takes priority for that relationship, subject to mandatory law.
Accounts and the Partner Portal
You must be authorised to act for the partner, provide accurate information, stay within your access permissions and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share accounts without authorisation; notify DAO of suspected unauthorised access.
Contracts, catalogues, statements and reconciliation data may only be used for authorised work. Do not disclose DAO’s or another party’s confidential information beyond what is permitted or legally allowed.
Read reports in light of their period, status and source. Estimates may change during reconciliation; payable amounts follow the applicable agreement and records. Partners may request clarification of discrepancies. A confirmation or contracting action is effective only when its content, authority and effect are clearly presented in the relevant process.
Content you submit
You are responsible for the legality of your submissions and your authority to provide them. Demos, works, recordings and documents remain owned by their respective rights holders. DAO receives, stores, reviews and shares them only as necessary to address your request or fulfil an agreement.
Submission does not automatically authorise DAO to release, commercially exploit, assign or license the content. Where a project requires specific confidentiality obligations, the parties should agree them before exchanging material.
Acceptable use
Do not intrude into or disrupt systems, distribute malware, impersonate others, unlawfully collect data or infringe another person’s rights. Do not access accounts, agreements or reports outside your permissions. Content use must respect our Copyright policy and lawful exceptions.
Operation, liability and changes
DAO works to maintain accurate information and a reliable platform. Maintenance, corrections or temporary access restrictions may be necessary for security, violations or legal compliance. Measures must be proportionate to their purpose; DAO provides notice where possible and supports the review of concerns.
Liability follows applicable law and agreements. These terms do not exclude mandatory liabilities or rights. Material changes are notified as required by law and agreement; fresh consent is sought separately where necessary. New policies do not automatically amend signed contracts.
Vietnamese law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent authority or under a valid dispute-resolution agreement.
The Vietnamese version governs. The English version is provided for reference unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
