Copyright
Ownership
Trademarks, designs, articles, images, musical works, recordings and other platform content belong to DAO or the relevant rights holders and are used within the scope of permission.
Copyright in compositions, related rights in performances and recordings, image rights and other rights may belong to different parties. An artist’s or project’s appearance on this website does not imply that DAO owns all rights or acts as an exclusive representative.
Use and permissions
You may access, share links and use content within permission or legal exceptions. Copying, distribution, adaptation, synchronisation, commercial exploitation or trademark use beyond that scope requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Send licensing requests to hello@daomusic.com with the content, intended use, channels, territory and duration. DAO grants licences only within the rights it controls.
Demos and unreleased material
Submitting demos, profiles or documents does not transfer ownership or automatically grant a commercial licence. DAO uses them to review the enquiry or fulfil a valid agreement, with access limited by work requirements.
Unreleased material does not become freely usable simply because it was sent to DAO. Where specific confidentiality obligations are needed, the parties agree them before exchanging material.
Reporting and reviewing infringement
Email hello@daomusic.com with the subject “Copyright – Review request”. Include your contact details and capacity as rights holder or representative; the work or protected subject matter; the URL of the reported content; evidence of rights and a description of the issue; and the requested action. Send only necessary material and redact unrelated details.
DAO reviews the report, may request more information or seek the other party’s response, and restricts or removes content where supported by grounds or a lawful request. The reported party may provide an explanation and evidence. DAO does not assume every report is valid and does not replace the competent dispute authority. Necessary information may be shared to resolve the matter, subject to data-protection duties.
The sender is responsible for the accuracy of the report and their authority to submit it. Rights are reserved to the extent permitted by law.
The Vietnamese version governs. The English version is provided for reference unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
