NEWGEN NEWGAME is 1HQ’s talent discovery initiative for Vietnamese music creators worldwide. Its first phase attracted more than 200 applications, with three tracks covering vocals, rap, and dance or performance.
The process moves from applications and screening to auditions and a development camp. Selected candidates work with 1HQ’s creative team on musical direction, artist positioning and a debut commercial release. The initiative is designed as an artist development pathway, with opportunities to explore a longer-term partnership with 1HQ and the wider DAO Music Entertainment ecosystem.
